We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our talented team. 

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products and services to help them achieve their goals. 

In addition to this important commercial task, we see the role of Inside Sales Representative as having a key responsibility as a liaison and accountable person in the process of renewing orders with our existing customers. Tasks such as contract document management, bid process, and tender document management are part of your daily work. Last but not least, you will also be able to assist our marketing manager with the many challenging marketing initiatives we launch in the market. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by presenting our products and services. 
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to closing. 
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support. 
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. 
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to think and act in a process-oriented manner. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or customer service. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software  
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
